Reciprocal borrowing scheme
The Reciprocal Borrowing Scheme (RBS), which is a cooperative onsite borrowing agreement amongst twelve (12) academic libraries in Brunei Darussalam was set up on 15th March 2017. Under the agreement, staff and students from the participating institutions who are in good standing at their home library are qualified for onsite borrowing priviledges in each library.
