, ABSTRACT One of the most intriguing two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials, graphene, has received an abundance of altention in a number of areas of materials research. Chemical Vapour Depositon (CVD) is a variable technique for production of large areas of graphene.
CVD method is the most prominent and frequent way of producing graphene in industry. This research investigates the key factors affecting the graphene quality with temperature alterations and inspecting the influence of temperature changes on the quality of graphene produced through CVD on copper substrate by justifications and mathematical equation model. The analysis of number of graphene layers and the amount of graphene coverage are incredibly significant to assess the quality of graphene produced. The temperature effect on the quality of graphene is identified by the characterization method using Raman spectroscopy. The peak intensity ratio and the characteristics of D, G and 2D bands which includes the band positions or band shape are examined by the effects of different temperatures for identification of the graphene quality. Further analysis of the temperature impacts on the quality of graphene involves the relationship between the percentage coverage of graphene on Cu and the growth of graphene with various temperatures. Temperature is proven to be one of the crucial factors in the synthesis of graphene through CVD as the quality of the produced graphene is significantly impacted by temperature changes during the CVD process.
Additionally, the majority of the growth conditions for producing graphene using CVD that were examined in this research demonstrated that growth temperature is highly dominant than the others growth parameters in controlling the quality of graphene produced at higher and/or lower temperature range for CVD process.

Graphene is a two-dimensional material that has been received significant attention owing to its unique physical characteristics that led to so many applications. Chemical vapour deposition is a promising method to grow large-area graphene with high quality in a scalable quantity. This study investigates on how the quality of graphene changes with changes in pressure that can be predicted by using a mathematical modelling in along with the collection of data values from characterisation of Raman, specifically, the intensities ratio of graphitic peak to second order defect peak, that indicates the evaluation of the graphene's number of deposited layers. Besides, parameter conditions which then become key factor are being justified in along to the variation of pressure.
