Technology developments have been evolving globally in recent years. People in this 21st-century era are now constantly up to date on everything related to technology. As an extension of social media networks as it used to get news and updates and to make it easy to communicate, connect, collaborate and make decisions, the need for the use of multimedia content has been fulfilled. In any type of business activity, this application has become a tool not to be overlooked in the use of financial reporting. Each piece of knowledge has been turned into a modern advanced process and a more effective way. Digital reporting has been used widely in the financial reporting world. The most commonly used digitalize reporting is Extensible Business Reporting Language or well known as XBRL. Although it has existed in most countries, there are still countries that have not adopted this framework. This work is, therefore, being undertaken to evaluate the advantages, difficulties, and acceptance of XBRL in developed countries. This research used the reference to evidence from the previous literature review, which has the same purpose concerning this analysis. From this research, it has been revealed that the effect of XBRL is dependent on various stakeholder fields. Furthermore, the use of XBRL is more beneficial than obstacles.

Over the years, the banking sector is becoming increasingly competitive in Brunei Darussalam. Most banks are targeting similar groups of customers and this can pose a challenge for banks to secure their share in the market. This issue is not new as Perrien et al. (1992) have stated that due to the harsh competitive pressures, financial institutions have been pressured to restructure their marketing strategies by developing long-term relationships with customers. Hence, relationship marketing is a common strategy that is used in banks.
Therefore, this research aims to understand the role of relationship marketing being portrayed among the commercial banks in Brunei Darussalam by studying the various relationship marketing practices being used. The findings have indicated the importance of relationship marketing in building long-term relationships that have contributed to the bank's growth and profitability. Relationship marketing has been used in its daily operations and is not limited to one department. The 7Ps of marketing have been applied throughout the design of their strategies. Moreover, the relationship marketing practices by each bank are limited to the bank's available resources and capabilities to the extent of how it can be implemented.
This research will also examine the awareness of the public on the initiatives that are used in the banking industry, as well as the opinions from the bank's perspective in ways that relationship marketing can contribute to customer satisfaction which leads to customer retention. Hence, this research would gather opinions from both banks' managers and the banks' customers through survey questionnaires as the primary research. The findings have indicated customers are well-informed with the relationship marketing initiatives by their banks and the initiatives have been effective as they choose to stay in the bank. The customers are also suggesting having more initiatives that are incorporated with technology to ease the process and reduce face-to-face interactions. However, this cannot be achieved easily due to resource constraints and would require consultations with regulators if this were to be implemented.

This study attempts to see why the adoption of digital payment in Brunei is below the global average with regard to awareness, user perceptions, and factors that influence the decision to adopt digital payment services in Brunei. A questionnaire was administered randomly to the public with an age range between 15-65 years old through an online survey tool in order to get data that will be used in this study. Therefore, a total of 125 respondents have been obtained for this research. The study also examined the intention and adoption of digital payment with the aid of the UTAUT2 theory model which proposed a research framework has been created to develop relevant hypotheses. SPSS software will be used as a tool to analyze and interpret the data used in this study which several methods will be applied in the data analysis that includes frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, independent t-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.
There are two dependent variables as explanatory used in this research study which are behavioral intention and adoption. The findings concluded that habit and perceived benefits have a positive influence on the behavioral intention to adopt digital payment in Brunei and the impact is significant to the dependent variable. The outcome of price value was found to have a negatively significant impact on the behavioral intention. While to determine the adoption of digital payment services in Brunei, the predictors are behavioral intention, facilitating condition, and habit. Therefore, all of these variables have a positively significant relationship to the adoption. On the other hand, the study also concluded that awareness also has a significant relationship to the adoption of digital payment services.
Implications and limitations were drawn in the study as well as some directions for future researchers were also suggested on the basis of the findings in order to provide a better idea for their future research.

The objective of this study is to examine the extent of use of Information Technology in internal audit and the impact of IT features and complexity on internal auditors. Studies show that despite the benefits IT provides, there is still a low rate of acceptance of IT in some organizations. This research employed a secondary survey as a research methodology and is collected from a selected research paper. The initial method of data collection was to interview Big 4 firms, banks (BIBD), and organizations such as AMBD, but due to the current pandemic (COVID-19), it was impossible to do so.

The evolvement of advanced technology across various industries has provided opportunities for improvement in how professionals carry out their business. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a rapidly evolving technology bringing great convenience to life but at the same time, there are also risks that need to be assessed. In this report, each of the Big Four accounting firms will be discussed on their participation in the development of artificial intelligence as well as its impact that AI has to offer. An expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) has predicted that by 2030, around 800 million workers will be at stake as AI is deployed into the profession (Voices, 2018). This brings fear to the workers that robots could actually be a replacement for humans in the near future. However, the analysis carried out by PwC has found that AI has generated significant impact, approximately 7 million jobs will be lost in the United Kingdom, but at the same time, it also opens up job opportunities up to 7.2 million jobs, resulting in a net increase of about 200,000 employment (Frangoul, 2018). The factors affecting the companies will be analyzed through the use of SWOT analysis.
