"Proverbs are continually used by people on a daily basis, and frequently appear on the news as well, therefore they are an essential part of a Korean language study for students who surpass an intermediate level. This publication consists of 200 proverbs that have been chosen based on the "Development of Vocabulary for Korean Language Education (Stage 2, 4)" presented by the National Institute of Korean Language Education and will be of a great help for a Korean language and culture study, as they are commonly blended into conversations. We prepared numerous dialogues containing the proverbs to show examples of their typical usage.
