ABSTRACT
Business is necessity for every level of society. In Brunei Darussalam, the country face a development of women entrepreneurs. Therefore, this study aims to access the challenges of women entrepreneurs, how to overcome the obstacles and to identify the success factor that influence the women entrepreneurs in Brunei. By achieving all the research aim, the researcher hopefully can help women entrepreneurs in Brunei to gain more information and knowledge on the entrepreneurial issues so that their business will run smoothly and will know the solutions on the business problem they are facing.
As a result, the improvement in women participation on entrepreneurship field will contribute to the economy of Brunei, reduce the unemployment rate in Brunei and lastly to diversify economy of Brunei and not to rely on oil and gas sector.
