Abstract
This research looks into the information technologies that are developed, used, or are under development by the Civil Service Institute. The research uses two main theoretical framework; Technology Acceptance Model and Information System Success Model. The research finds that two out of seven information technologies under study have failed to be implemented while the other information technologies are able to give beneficial gains for the institute.
