The increase in the rate of unemployed graduates is one of the major problems and has triggered all countries around the world, including Negara Brunei Darussalam. This research aims to investigate the causes of unemployment faced by graduates in Brunei and to identify and explore the challenges that make it difficult for them to get jobs. The research will use primary research, specifically survey questionnaires, divided into two aspects: qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative aspect will help to enhance the research by gathering different perspectives and opinions from various categories of graduates from colleges and universities of different education levels. The quantitative research will provide statistical data on the characteristics and behavior of students in choosing their own pathways after graduating. By the end of the study, it will be possible to identify the causes of why it is difficult for graduates to be employed and the challenges they face. The conclusion will include a finding analysis and recommendations for improving the value of the labor market in the country, especially for fresh graduates.
