The study was applying the Quantitative research method. The results of the research is that the level of the patient satisfaction in the Brunei Government pharmacies is not satisfactory. In addition, all of the five dimensions require attention by the Brunei Government pharmacies in order to increase the level of service quality and patient satisfaction in Negara Brunei Darussalam. The Regression analysis found only 3 SERVQUAL dimensions are significant: Tangibles, Reliability and Assurance. While Responsiveness and Empathy are not significant ER -
