Chemical vapour deposition is a promising method to grow large-area graphene with high quality in a scalable quantity. This study investigates on how the quality of graphene changes with changes in pressure that can be predicted by using a mathematical modelling in along with the collection of data values from characterisation of Raman, specifically, the intensities ratio of graphitic peak to second order defect peak, that indicates the evaluation of the graphene's number of deposited layers.
