500			_aABSTRACT The purpose of this research study is to study the challenges and limitations of the Small-Medium Enterprises in Brunei Darussalam. Data for this study was collected through open-ended questionnaires and distributed through convenient random sampling method. A total of 50 SMEs has responded and expressed their perceptions towards their business here in Brunei Darussalam. In this research study, readers will be able to study how the businesses of the SMEs are surviving in this economy, as well as measurements being implemented towards overcoming any challenges that the entrepreneurs may have faced throughout the business. The researcher hopes that with these findings and research study, it would provide beneficial to the readers in terms of theoretical and academic perspectives. Other than that, to also offer better understanding knowledge about the SMEs in Brunei Darussalam, of their challenges to survive in this huge world of business.
