500			_aABSTRACT The project being developed is a short film 3D animation - a growing creative technological medium and a powerful communication tool. The story is an advice-giving story for the people unlimited to all different age groups but the message within the story are specifically targeted for children and youth like teenagers and young adults. Generally, Moral values are a set of principles that guided us to evaluate what is right and what is wrong even though the principles are varied depending on different cultures and ideology, it has help shape the character and personality of an individuals. Normally moral values are been taught at a young age. Children in specific has been educated about from home and school through moral stories. Overall the plots of the story uses a fictional character (human boy) that lived with his grandfather. All the message are presented in the animation for this project that titled Budiiman in Sign from the Universe.
