A Thesis submitted to The Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Management and Technology.

ABSTRACT

The main objective of this research study is to answer the research questions which is to determine the level of the patient satisfaction in the Brunei Government pharmacies; and to find which SERVQUAL dimension has the dominant influence on patient satisfaction in the Brunei Government pharmacies. The study was applying the Quantitative research method. The results of the research is that the level of the patient satisfaction in the Brunei Government pharmacies is not satisfactory. In addition, all of the five dimensions require attention by the Brunei Government pharmacies in order to increase the level of service quality and patient satisfaction in Negara Brunei Darussalam. The Regression analysis found only 3 SERVQUAL dimensions are significant: Tangibles, Reliability and Assurance. While Responsiveness and Empathy are not significant.
